New equity in place for Keliber
New equity in place for Keliber
Nordic Mining's associated company Keliber Oy ("Keliber") in Finland has
concluded a rights issue with gross proceeds of EUR 0.6 million. The financing
will be used for further development work, primarily related to a pre
-feasibility study ("PFS") scheduled for completion in fall 2015.
Nordic Mining participated pro rata to its ca 25% shareholding in Keliber.
The rights issue was oversubscribed by approximately 14% by the existing
shareholders.
CEO Ivar S. Fossum comments: "The PFS is an important exercise where parameters
and preliminary financial estimates for an industrial lithium project will be
outlined. Keliber's significant increase of the mineral resource estimates
following from last years' drilling is an exciting base for the PFS."
