Chairman of the board subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Chairman of the board subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

On 19 October 2015, chairman of the board, Tarmo Tuominen subscribed 75,037

shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of

NOK 0.45 per share. Tuominen has been allocated 75,037 subscription rights, and

he will receive 75,037 shares in the Rights Issue.

Tarmo Tuominen owns 300,641 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
