Exploration Manager subscribes for shares

Exploration Manager Mona Schanche has today subscribed 37,000 shares in the

ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.45 per

share. Mona Schanche has been allocated 36,768 subscription rights and will

receive 36,768 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, Schanche may be

allocated up to 232 shares based on the subscription for shares without

subscription rights.

Mona Schanche owns 147,317 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.

Further, Mona Schanche has been awarded an option to buy 2,000,000 shares in

Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.90 per share and an option to buy 500,000

shares at a price of NOK 1.80 per share. The options may be exercised until 18

May 2016.
