CEO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

CEO subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

CEO Ivar S. Fossum has today subscribed 424,062 shares in the ongoing Rights

Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.45 per share. Fossum has

been allocated 424,062 subscription rights, and he will receive 424,062 shares

in the Rights Issue.

Ivar S. Fossum owns 1,699,030 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.

Further, Fossum has been awarded an option to buy 3,000,000 shares in Nordic

Mining at a price of NOK 0.90 per share and an option to buy 1,500,000 shares at

a price of NOK 1.80 per share. The options may be exercised until 18 May 2016.
