Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member Hilde Myrberg has today subscribed 14,186 shares in the ongoing

Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.45 per share.

Myrberg has been allocated 14,186 subscription rights, and she will receive

14,186 shares in the Rights Issue.

Hilde Myrberg owns 56,841 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
