CFO subscribes for shares

CFO subscribes for shares

CFO Lars K. Grøndahl has today through his company Magil AS subscribed 1,300,000

shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.45 per

share. Magil AS has been allocated 1,297,872 subscription rights, and Magil AS

will receive 1,297,872 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, Magil AS may be

allocated up to 2,128 shares based on the subscription for shares without

subscription rights.

Magil AS owns 5,200,000 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.

Further, Lars K. Grøndahl through Magil AS has been awarded an option to buy

2,000,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.90 per share and an option

to buy 500,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.80 per share.
