Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member Mari Thjømøe has today through the family company

Thjømøekranen AS subscribed 70,000 shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in

Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share.

Thjømøekranen AS has been allocated 9,982 subscription rights, and

Thjømøekranen AS will receive 9,982 shares in the Rights Issue. In

addition, Thjømøekranen AS may be allocated up to 60,018 shares based on

the subscription for shares without subscription rights.

Thjømøekranen AS owns 100,000 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the

transaction.
