CFO subscribes for shares

CFO subscribes for shares

On 7 November 2014 CFO Lars K. Grøndahl through his company Magil AS

purchased 30,846 subscription rights in the ongoing Rights Issue in

Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.1068 per subscription right.

Prior to the Rights Issue Magil AS owns 4,700,000 shares in Nordic

Mining and has been allocated 469,154 subscription rights in the Rights

Issue.

Magil AS has today subscribed 500,000 shares in the Rights Issue at a

subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share based on allocated and

purchased subscription rights, and Magil AS will receive 500,000 shares

in the Rights Issue.

Subsequent of the Rights Issue Magil AS will hold 5,200,000 shares in

Nordic Mining. In addition Lars K. Grøndahl through Magil AS has been

awarded an option to buy 2,000,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of

NOK 0.90 per share and an option to buy 500,000 shares at a price of NOK

1.80 per share.
