CEO subscribes for shares

CEO Ivar S. Fossum has today subscribed 300,000 shares in the ongoing

Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.60 per

share.

Prior to the Rights Issue Ivar S. Fossum owns 1,525,877 shares in Nordic

Mining, and he has been allocated 152,313 subscription rights and will

receive 152,313 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, Fossum may be

allocated up to 147,687 shares based on the subscription for shares

without subscription rights.

Ivar S. Fossum has been awarded an option to buy 3,000,000 shares in

Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.90 per share and an option to buy

1,500,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.80 per share.
