New share capital registered

Reference is made to Nordic Mining's stock exchange notice of 18 January 2011

regarding successful private placement.

The private placement of 12,500,000 shares was completed at a subscription price

of NOK 1.45. The par value of the issued shares is NOK 0.10. The share capital

was increased by NOK 1,250,000.

The capital increase has today been registered with the Register of Business

Enterprises, and the new shares are now tradable. Nordic Mining's share capital

is currently NOK 13,797,009.10 divided on 137,970,091 shares.
