Exploration Manager subscribes for shares

On 13 November 2014, Exploration Manager Mona Schanche subscribed 20,000

shares in the ongoing Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription

price of NOK 0.60 per share.

Prior to the Rights Issue Mona Schanche owns 132,306 shares in Nordic

Mining, and she has been allocated 13,206 subscription rights and will

receive 13,206 shares in the Rights Issue. In addition, Schanche may be

allocated up to 6,794 shares based on the subscription for shares

without subscription rights.

Mona Schanche has been awarded an option to buy 2,000,000 shares in

Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 0.90 per share and an option to buy

500,000 shares at a price of NOK 1.80 per share.
