Board member subscribes for shares in the Rights Issue

Board member Kjell Roland has today subscribed 62,397 shares in the ongoing

Rights Issue in Nordic Mining at a subscription price of NOK 0.45 per share.

Roland has been allocated 62,397 subscription rights, and he will receive 62,397

shares in the Rights Issue.

Kjell Roland owns 250,000 shares in Nordic Mining prior to the transaction.
