Reference is made to stock exchange release 18 November 2014 in connection with

the completed Rights Issue in Nordic Mining on 14 November 2014. The allocation

of shares in the Rights Issue to Tarmo Tuominen, chairman of the board was

informed on a preliminary basis.

The exact number of allocated shares to Tarmo Tuominen has now been informed

from the Finnish account controller. Mr. Tuominen has been allocated in total

22,964 shares in the Rights Issue. All shares have been purchased at a price of

NOK 0.60 per share. Tarmo Tuominen's new shareholding is 100,641 shares.

opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
