Expiry of subscription period for the Rights Issue today

Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the ongoing Rights

Issue of up to 77,000,000 new shares in Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will expire today, Monday 26

October 2015 at 16:30 (CET). Correctly completed subscription forms must be

received by Swedbank, or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered

within this deadline.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for new shares before the

expiry of the subscription period will have no value and will lapse without

compensation to the holder.

Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring

opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
