Reminder; expiry of subscription period in ongoing Rights Issue tomorrow

DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN OR THE UNITED STATES

Reference is made to previous announcements in respect of the ongoing

Rights Issue of up to 28,000,000 new shares in Nordic Mining ASA

("Nordic Mining").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue will expire tomorrow,

Friday 14 November 2014 at 16:30 (CET). Correctly completed subscription

forms must be received by Swedbank, or in the case of online

subscriptions, be registered within this deadline.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for new shares before

the expiry of the subscription period on 14 November at 16:30 (CET) will

have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
