Summons to the Annual General Meeting 19 May 2022

Shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA are invited to attend the Annual General

Meeting held on Thursday 19 May 2022 at 15:30. The General Meeting is held as a

hybrid meeting, where shareholders can choose between online and physical meting

attendance. Physical meeting will be held to the extent applicable rules and

government recommendations at the time of the meeting allow.

The summons to the General Meeting (in Norwegian and English) with the agenda

and information related to the items on the agenda, including the Annual Report

for 2021 and the recommendation from the Nomination Committee (in Norwegian),

are enclosed with this notice.
