The ordinary general meeting of the shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA

will be held at 16:30 (4.30 p.m.) on Tuesday 27 May 2014 in the

company's office in Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45 (Entrance A, 5th

floor), N-0250 Oslo, Norway.

The summons for the general meeting with the agenda and information

related to the items on the agenda, including the annual report for 2013

and the recommendation from the Nomination Committee (in Norwegian), are

enclosed with this notice.

company with focus on high-end industrial minerals and metals in Norway

and internationally. The Company's project portfolio is of high

the project through its subsidiary Nordic Quartz AS. Nordic Mining's

lithium bearing spodumene and production of lithium carbonate. Nordic

Mining holds exploration rights in the Øksfjord region in Troms and

Finnmark where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide

mineralisation. Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic

Mining is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
