Nordic Halibut – correction of record date for possible subsequent repair offering

Reference is made to the announcement published on 8 November 2021 by Nordic Halibut AS regarding the launch of a contemplated private placement (the “Private Placement”).

Should Nordic Halibut AS resolve to carry out a subsequent repair offering following completion of the Private Placement, such offering will be directed towards existing shareholders in the company as of today, 9 November 2021, as registered in the VPS two trading days thereafter.
