Construction contract (Exmet Services office and production facilities) Title
AS Nordecon group company Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) and Exmet Services OÜ signed a contract for the construction of office and production facilities at Vana-Narva Rd 10, Maardu. Total gross area of the complex is approximately 10,000 sqm.
The total value of the contract is close to 7.4 million euros without VAT and the works will be completed in spring of 2025.
