Completion of the sale of holding in related company Title

Nordecon AS informs that as the Estonian Competition Authority has issued respective approval (issue date 28 December 2020), the sale of holding in related company OÜ Pigipada (announcement (https://cns.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=976393&me ssageId=1227695)) was completed on 30 December 2020.
