NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DELIST

Reference is made to Nordea Bank Abp ("Nordea")'s USD 200,000,000 Primary Capital Undated Floating Rate Notes ("Notes") that are listed on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") under the following International Securities Identification Numbering ("ISIN"):

1.     GB0001961928

Nordea has requested (i) the FCA to cancel the listing of the Notes on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the LSE to cancel the admission to trading of the Notes on the Main Market for listed securities of the LSE (collectively, the "Delisting").

It is intended that the Delisting will become effective from 8:00 a.m. (BST) on 16 December 2024 (the " Delisting Date "), such that the last date of trading of the Notes on the LSE will be 13 December 2024.
