Application for listing of shares

Norcros announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing totalling 6,162,472 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  

This listing of Ordinary Shares is in respect of option exercises made under the following share arrangements:

Savings Related Share Option Scheme	3,062,800
Share Warrant Instrument 2009	3,099,672

These Ordinary Shares have been issued fully paid and rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.  It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List on 22 October 2013.
