Result of General Meeting

On 11 May 2022, Norcros plc ("Norcros") announced the details of a proposed acquisition of Granfit Holdings Limited.  The acquisition was conditional, amongst other things, on the approval of it by the Company's shareholders at a general meeting to be held on 30 May 2022.

Norcros is pleased to announce that the General Meeting has now been held and that the Resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting was passed on a poll and received the support of at least 99.99% of the votes cast.

Full details of the Resolution were set out in the circular issued by Norcros on 12 May 2022, which is available on Norcros' website at www.norcros.com ("Circular"). All words and expressions which are detailed in the Circular shall, when used in this announcement, bear the meanings respectively ascribed to them in the Circular.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the Resolution passed will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
