Daimler is taking the next step with NorCom and DaSense: After DaSense has been deployed in the "autonomous driving" department in March 2017, the software is now to be used throughout the whole group in the development area. For NorCom, this is the largest license contract in the company's history.
The contract covers the worldwide use of DaSense throughout the Daimler Corporation, including its subsidiaries. So far planned areas of application are the measurement data processing and general support in the development of vehicles. The corporate license was preceded by several smaller projects in the above areas. After convincing there, DaSense is now included in the group's worldwide standardized tool set.
