AD HOC BULLETIN PURSUANT TO SECTION 15 OF THE GERMAN SECURITIES TRADING ACT
ENIRO, Scandinavian address and directory management specialist, awarding
long-term contract to NSA.
Munich, August 1, 2008 - Eniro AB is a Scandinavian company which offers
Internet-based search services for retrieving the addresses and telephone
numbers of companies, public-sector bodies and private individuals. With
roughly 4,600 employees, it is the leading provider of such services in all
Scandinavia.
ENIRO has awarded NorCom subsidiary NSA a contract for the establishment
and operation of a production system for helpdesk services. The contract
takes effect in July 2008 for at least three years and has a value in the
high seven digits (euro).
NSA will install a highly modern helpdesk system for ENIRO by the end of
2008. For this purpose, it will determine all necessary processes and
resources in a complex definition phase. The aim is to answer several
thousand helpdesk queries a month with high professional quality. In the
next phase, NSA will assume full responsibility for operating the system.
'Over the years, NSA has demonstrated strong flexibility and great
commitment in developing our increasingly more complex products. In the
past, it has shown that it is able to grow in line with us and our
requirements,' says Wenche Holen, President of ENIRO, Norway.
'The decision in favor of NSA was crucially determined by the qualities for
which it has historically always been known: extensive competence in our
technical and functional core specialties as well as openness and an
interest in solving problems,' adds Einar Storsul, head of IT at ENIRO,
Norway.
