Organizational realignment of NorCom Information Technology AG Corporate-news announcement sent by DGAP. The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– – Domestic subsidiaries amalgamated into NorCom AG Munich, March 13, 2002 – NorCom Information Technology AG has realigned its organizational structure to allow for changing macroeconomic conditions as well as market requirements. The previously separate Product and Consulting divisions will be intermeshed more closely with the aim of pooling resources and skills within the NorCom Group. “Over the past few months, we have observed a clear trend in the marketplace towards integrated total solutions on the part of our customers. We now also want this development to be reflected in our corporate structure,” said Viggo Nordbakk, CEO and company founder, explaining the reasons for these steps. Subject to NorCom shareholders’ approval at this year’s annual general meeting, the three domestic subsidiaries NorCom Business Technology GmbH, NorCom Systems Technology GmbH and NorCom Global Security GmbH will be amalgamated into NorCom Information Technology AG. As a result, administrative tasks will be very largely based at the Company’s Munich headquarters. At the same time, this will create a more streamlined management structure and heighten operative transparency and efficiency. Moreover, NorCom Information Technology AG has agreed to part ways with executive and management staff at NorCom Global Security GmbH and NorCom Business Technology GmbH on mutual terms.
