On August 21, 2012, Ms Liliana Nordbakk, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on NorCom Information Technology AG, München, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 04, 2010 and on
that day amounted to 9.67% (this corresponds to 1027641 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 9.42% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1001076 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Nordbakk via Nordbakk Holding GmbH and Nordbakk
Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG.
