Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on NorCom Information Technology AG,
München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005250302, WKN: 525030, have fallen below
the 30%, 25%, 20% and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2008
and now amount to 10.82% (this corresponds to 1150176 Voting Rights).
