informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on NorCom Information Technology AG, München, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005250302, WKN: 525030, have fallen below the 3% limit of the
Voting Rights on April 27, 2007 and now amount to 2.82% (this corresponds
to 300000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 2.82% of the
