At the request of NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA, Dieter Gauglitz was appointed by the Munich District Court, Register Court, as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Dieter Gauglitz is a certified public accountant and freelance consultant for medium-sized and listed companies in the fields of corporate finance, accounting and capital market topics. His many years of experience and expertise make Mr. Dieter Gauglitz a valuable addition to the existing NorCom Supervisory Board - in particular as a Financial Expert.
