At the request of NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA, Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam was appointed by the Munich District Court, Register Court, as a member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Dr. Michael Krämer, who resigned his function as a member of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons.
Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam is a lawyer and specialist in information technology law at the law firm Noerr. His consulting portfolio covers all issues of IT law and digitalization / Industry 4.0. He is also Honorary Professor of Media and Internet Law at the University of Passau and Lecturer in IT Law.
NorCom wins with Prof. Dr. Peter Bräutigam a proven specialist in the field of information technology law, who can bring his many years of professional experience in the office.
Dr. Michael Krämer resigned from the Supervisory Board on 15 November. The members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board thank Dr. Krämer for the very good cooperation.
