Dr. Tobias Abthoff appointed to the Management Board of NorCom Information
Technology AG by the Supervisory Board

• Addition to Management Board and clear organizational structure aiding
  NorCom’s strategic orientation

Munich, February 1, 2007 – The Supervisory Board of NorCom Information
Technology AG has appointed Dr. Tobias Abthoff to the Management Board
effective February 1. Accordingly, the Management Board of NorCom
Information Technology AG now comprises the CEO and founder Viggo Nordbakk
and the new member Dr. Tobias Abthoff.

As a result of the re-allocation of business structures, Viggo Nordbakk is
responsible for the Company’s strategic orientation and management of the
subsidiaries and will also be overseeing financial and product matters.
Dr. Tobias Abthoff is in charge of consulting business and will be
supporting the CEO in the operative management of the Company’s finances
and the planning and control of product delivery processes. With the new
organizational structure and related allocation of responsibility to the
members of NorCom AG’s Management Board, the company will continue to
systematically implement its strategic position as a leading provider of
solutions and consulting services.

With a doctorate in engineering, Dr. Tobias Abthoff commenced his career at
LOGIN GmbH as a key account manager and project manager. After joining
NorCom in 1996, he initially worked as a customer relationship manager for
the implementation of individual software solutions for key accounts. In
1999 he was appointed head of the Enterprise Networks department and, just
a year later, managing director of NorCom NST GmbH. In addition to
conventional consulting business and the establishment of and extensions to
marketing structures, he was also responsible for implementing lean
business processes and defining NorCom NST’s strategic position. As vice
president and later on as COO of NorCom Information Technology AG, he has
been responsible for all of the operative activities at the Company’s
Munich-based headquarters since 2002.
