Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Norcod AS ("Norcod" or the "Company") on 22 March 2024 regarding the start of the subscription period in the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 1,333,333 new shares (the “Offer Shares”) at a subscription price of NOK 12 per share (the "Offer Price").

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering will expire today at 16:30 CET.

Completed subscription forms must be received by the manager of the Subsequent Offering, ABG Sundal Collier ASA, by the subscription period expiration time. Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares by the end of the subscription period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
