Trondheim, Norway, 23 March 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norcod AS (“Norcod” or the “Company”) earlier today regarding the successful placement of a private placement (the "Offering").

The Company's board of directors calls for an extraordinary general meeting, to be held at the Company's headquarter, on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 at 15:00 hours (CET) to approve the issuance of the new shares in the Private Placement.
