New number of shares and votes in Nolato AB (publ)

The incentive programme for senior executives that was introduced at the extraordinary general meeting of 5 December 2016 entitles holders of Series 1 share warrants to subscribe for new shares in the company between 1 May and 15 December 2019. In June a total of 149,250 Class B shares were subscribed for through the exercise of share warrants received from the incentive programme. Prior to the issue of the new shares there were 26,307,408 shares and 51,142,008 votes in the company. At 28 June 2019 there are a total of 26,456,658 shares and 51,291,258 votes in the company. These shares are divided into 2,759,400 Class A shares with 10 votes each and 23,697,258 Class B shares with one vote each.
