Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Sprucegrove Investment Management
on June 18, 2020, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter
9, Section 5. According to the announcement Sprucegrove Investment Management's
direct holding in Nokian Tyres shares fell below the level of 5% of the share
capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on June
17, 2020. The direct shareholding of Sprucegrove Investment Management in Nokian
Tyres has decreased to 6,834,616 shares, corresponding to 4.92% of Nokian Tyres’
shares and voting rights.
