Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release February 4, 2021 at 8:35 a.m. Nokian Tyres has received a notification from Société Générale SA (SG SA), France on February 3, 2021, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. According to the notification Société Générale SA’s holdings in Nokian Tyres shares fell below the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on February 2, 2021. The holdings of Société Générale SA in Nokian Tyres amounted to 2,169,250 shares, corresponding to 1.56% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
