Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release March 20, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock, Inc. on March 19, 2018, according to which BlackRock, Inc.'s indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares fell below level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as result of share transactions concluded on March 16, 2018. The indirect shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokian Tyres has decreased to 6,762,148 shares, corresponding to 4.92% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
