CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT CANCELLATION OF SHARE OPTIONS

Reference is made to the announcement of Merdeka Financial Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 27 November 2019 in relation to the cancellation of share options (the ‘‘Announcement’’). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to clarify that the number of Outstanding Share Options cancelled with effect from 22 November 2019 should be 21,303,061 instead of 21,303,060 as stated in the Announcement.

Save for the above clarification, all information in the Announcement remains the same.
