CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY, AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND PROCESS AGENT

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of NOIZ Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Au Kai Yin ("Mr. Au") has resigned as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and has ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company (the "Authorised Representative") pursuant to Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM (the "GEM Listing Rules") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and an authorised representative of the Company for accepting service of process or notice in Hong Kong pursuant to Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Process Agent") with effect from 23 May 2025.

Mr. Au confirmed that he had no disagreement with the Board and there were no other matters in respect of his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Wong Oi Lam ("Ms. Wong") has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the Authorised Representative and the Process Agent with effect from 23 May 2025. Ms. Wong joined the Group since January 2019 and was appointed as the Financial Controller of the Company on 1 April 2021. Ms. Wong has obtained a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Wong worked for international accounting firms. She has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, company secretarial profession and corporate governance matters.
