It should be noted that an amount of 1,914,289 of the company's shares are held directly by Mr. Ofer Yannay and through Ofer Yannay Initiatives 18 Partnership, a limited partnership whose general partner is Ofer Yannay Initiatives Ltd, a company wholly owned and fully controlled by Mr. Ofer Yannay.
