We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007’ as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 39,850 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 1[st] June 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 16[th] March 2017.
