Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007' as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 8,475 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 20th October 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 188.35 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 26th March 2018.
The details of the Company's Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 8,475 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given below :
