Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme-2007' as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have allotted 73,925 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 2nd December 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company as under:
- a. 59,375 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/-each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on $16th$ March, 2017; and
- b. 14.550 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/-each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 142.45 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 25th March; 2019.
The details of the Company's Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 73,925 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given below:
