Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options
Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company’s ‘Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007’ as amended, on 10[th] February 2020, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 9,250 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to Senior Managerial Official of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 16[th] March 2017
After completing the requisite corporate action formalities, as per confirmation received from RTA on 20[th] February 2020, the aforementioned shares have been credited in the demat account of the allottee on 19[th] February 2020.
The details of the Company’s Equity Share capital before and after the issue of 9,250 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given below:
