Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options Ref: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company’s ‘Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007’ as amended, on 25[th] March 2019, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 57,250 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the Senior Managerial Personnel at an Exercise Price of Rs.84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 16[th] March 2017.

After completing the requisite corporate action formalities, as per the BENPOS received from RTA as on 5[th] April 2019, the aforementioned shares have been credited in the respective demat accounts of the allottees on 5[th] April 2019 and the same is also reflected in the Shareholding Pattern as of that date.
