This is further to the announcement made by the Company on March 04, 2021 regarding sanctioning of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Suremi Trading Private Limited (‘Suremi’ or ‘the Transferor Company 1’) and Sushripada Investments Private Limited (‘Sushripada’ or ‘the Transferor Company 2’) with NOCIL Limited (‘NOCIL’ or ‘the Transferee Company’) and their respective shareholders (‘the Scheme’) by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (‘NCLT’) on March 03, 2021 which has been made effective by filing the certified copy of order of the Hon’ble (NCLT), Mumbai Bench on 19[th] March , 2021 with the Registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The company has fixed 26[th] March,2021 as the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement for issue of equity shares of the Company to the shareholders of Suremi and Sushripada in the proportion of their holding in Suremi and Sushripada respectively.
