Sub : Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options

Ref : Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015

We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007’ as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 1,15,075 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 19[th] April, 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company as under :

• a. 50,925 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 37.65 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 1[st] April, 2015.

• b. 64,150 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 52.85 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 5[th] May 2016

The details of the Company’s Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 1,15,075 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given below :
