Sub : Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of Stock Options
- Ref : Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007’ as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have allotted 45,700 Equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each on 13[th] August 2021 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company as under :

a. 11,075 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 84.05 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 16[th] March, 2017; and
-
b. 17,775 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 188.35 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 26[th] March 2018; and
-
c. 16,850 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs. 142.45 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 25[th] March, 2019 .
The details of the Company’s Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 45,700 Equity Shares as aforesaid are given below :
