Subject: Confirmation Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 ('Regulations')

With reference to the above captioned Regulations, we hereby confirm that during the period 1[st] October 2020 to 31[st] December 2020, we have within 15 days from date of receipt of the certificates from the depository participants for dematerialization.

• confirmed to the depositories that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.

• Immediately mutilated and cancelled the said security certificates after due verification and

• Name of the depositories have been substituted in register of members as the registered owner, in case of demat requests which are approved.
